Breakfast was good. Nice selection of choices and fresh coffee. Even had pastries and biscuits and gravy. They also offered waffles, grits, eggs, cereals, and toast/bagels. There's even balcony seating for breakfast upstairs by the kitchen! Room was spacious and comfortable. Bed and pillows were comfortable, and there were enough towels and wash cloths for our stay. Friendly staff, and a good location which was convenient to the venue we attended. Really nice patio and pool area, even though it was too cold to utilize it. Looks like a good time in the summer months though.

The site is beautiful. The entrance over the covered bridge, especially at night, is enchanting. The hotel was immaculate, and the staff attentive and friendly. The daily breakfast was nice, although I personally did not care for the turkey sausage. As always, the waffles were outstanding.

Surrounding privacy of the hotel was wonderful. The 2 double bed room with sofa sleeper was spaciouse for our family of 4. Social dinner was actually delicious pulled pork! Location to walk or drove to the restaurants and Starbucks was less than a mile. Accomadting dogs was stress free!
